Whenever I hear another story about someone being touched by cancer I just feel like I need to do something, anything, to help in however tiny a way. I have close and dear friends going through cancer right now. So I've decided to run the Royal Parks Half Marathon in October.

The Royal Marsden as I'm sure most of you know is a specialist hospital, providing leading research and world class care. My Dad was cared for, and passed away there, 10 years ago in November. My brave and amazing sister Charlotte is now a locum doctor there. It's local to where I live. So I want to offer it my support.
