• 3 years ago my Husband, Lyndon was diagnosed with throat cancer. Salisbury hospital and its amazing team of clinicians played a big part in his treatment, the quality of  which we were very impressed. I am pleased to say that he is well and improving bu the day. Some of this care was funded by the Stars Appeal, which made the experience as good as it could be when using a hospital service. The current target is to fund a new MRI scanner which will reduce the wait for diagnosis of many different conditions and will benefit hundreds of local people, particularly in cancer care.
• Being part of this fundraising challenge will allow me to contribute to this fantastic cause, and it is a way to say thank you.I am funding the trip myself, so all money donated will go direct to the charity. Thank you for supporting me.
