Hi Everyone,

Thank you for taking time to come to my page.

On Sunday 6th April 2025 I will be running the London landmarks half marathon for my chosen charity MIND. I began attending a local running club in September 2022 having never done any road running before, fast forward a year on and I’m still at it, taking part in local races and really enjoying it.

I’ve chosen this charity as it’s one that has been close to my heart for many years now but one I never thought I would ever need to use their services.

In April 2023 I found myself feeling very low and in need of some help. Not really knowing what to do I took the plunge and called a MIND charity that was operating in my area. From that first phone call it was the smoothest process from start to finish. I was awarded 6 sessions of talking threapy and those sessions helped me in ways that are indescribable and I’ll be forever grateful for having them.

So I’m fundraising for this charity to help them continue to provide their amazing services I was lucky to receive myself.
