We provide hospice care to make the most of short & precious lives

Story

Our darling daughter Ellie was diagnosed with a very rare brain tumour, just 40 parents in the UK each year are given the devastating news that their child has a DIPG (Diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma) brain tumour. Currently the condition has no cure but research & trials are being carried out globally to try beat it & find treatment.

During the later stages of Ellie's illness, Ellie & her family stayed at Little Harbour Childrens' Hospice in St Austell. We grew to love this amazing place and their exceptional care team & have many very special memories of our time there.

We met some amazingly couragous sick children, their siblings & parents during our stay who depend on Little Harbour regularly  & it is vitally important that this local facility is supported to ensure they can continue to offer life changing support for years to come to people in the south west.

Ellie passed away peacefully on 4th April 2015 surrounded by her family at Little Harbour & under the care of an incredible team of people who we are forever thankful to.

Please give generously.
