Steve (Dad) and I have signed up to take part in the Royal Cornwall Hospital Charity 200 mile cycle which goes from Plymouth - Lands end, via Bude and Newquay over 3 days with over 11,000ft of climb!

Any donations that we receive will go to Critical Care and A&E as they were the main departments to look after my brother. 

Here is a little more into why -
In 2020 my eldest brother was rushed into hospital with what turned out to be organ failure.
He was put into an induced Coma and it was touch and go as to whether he was going to make it or not.
If it wasn't for the staff at Treliske Hospital he honestly would not be here today.

Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity have recently funded over 100 teams to help them through Covid 19 - additional equipment for staff rooms, furniture and enhancements.
- Bluetooth speakers to provide personalised music in bed spaces for patients on our Dementia ward.
- A research nurse for the Oncology Research Team.
- A laser resectoscope, doubling the number of procedures performed per week.
With more donations we can keep improving things for staff and patients alike.
