Elly: As most of you know, I am not a natural 'runner' but Katie is... so in the NY I decided to take it up as a new fitness hobby. Just over a month in, I'm running regular 5K's so having now decided to 'up the anti' we secured our places running a 10K for charity.
Having lost my father to cancer in 2014, it only seemed fitting to run for the World Cancer Research Fund UK... and dressed as Superheros in memory of mine!
The Big C will have touched every one of you in one way or another, so am asking you to please dig deep and pledge what you can. Every little helps... and means a LOT to me!
