Inspired by Captain Tom and Gareth Bale, I have set myself a challenge to cycle the equivalent of Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor to the Heath Hospital- a total of 177.3 miles. I’m aiming to complete this in 7 days as part of my daily exercise allowance. We are living in challenging times and any amount, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated.
