Hello lovelies! 😘✨ A lot of you will be thinking "ooooh why Miss Cumbria" well here goes... 😝🤗

Miss Cumbria 2016 is an amazing event and is held locally within Carlisle. Entrants have to have worked, studied or live within a 50 mile radius. It is a fundraising event and all donations and money raised goes to the Children's Charity Variety! 

Miss Cumbria is a great opportunity for everyone from the fundraising aspect to the competing itself. This time last year I would never have applied for something like this and already I feel a sense of achievement just making it through to the final! ✨👠 I want to make a difference to the community by showing them just what young people can get involved with and the opportunities they could experience themselves if they applied to take part in this event. I also can't wait to meet new people and possibly meet friends for life! 👯💁🏽

I've always dreamed of participating in something like this from a very young age. It would be a dream come true if I won the title and I would represent Cumbria and surrounding areas to the best of my ability and go on to support other local events.

A biggy for me is becoming a role model for younger girls, to create a sense of positivity for them and to help them find that inner confidence to take part in something like this themselves.
