On October 10th I am going to run the Royal Parks Half Marathon in aid of Action for M.E.

One of my closest friends has struggled with M.E for several years now. Although I think she has coped amazingly, I know that it has been really tough for her at times and that there really is not enough understanding about diagnosis or funding into biomedical research of this debilitating illness. It would be fantastic to reach my target sponsorship towards this charity to help her and many others like her.

Thankyou for sponsoring me, it really is a very good cause, and one that is close to my heart. I have never done a half marathon before so its going to be quite the challenge. I am going to run as fast as I can, I just hope my knees can make the distance! If you fancy coming down to support me and everyone else on the day then that would be great!
