In 2019 I'm pulling out all the stops and aiming to knock an hour off my Edinburgh time, going for my biggest challenge yet: The Virgin Money London Marathon - the world’s most iconic marathon, winds its way from picturesque Greenwich Park into the heart of central London and the huge crowds lining The Mall. I can't wait to take on another challenge to raise money for such a good cause. 

A stable home provides the foundation a person needs to flourish. Housing issues affect every aspect of someone's life, and it's not easy to get yourself back on track alone. Shelter's range of specialist services are helping people to do just that.

Shelter provides support and advice 365 days of the year to those facing bad housing or homelessness. But we know we will never fix the root causes of the problem unless we build enough decent, affordable homes.
