So this is a short run, not a half or full marathon like a lot of your friends will be running this season. But I’ve only just got back into running after a 16 month break so 10km is my limit!!! This 10km is to raise money for the Winnicott Foundation, a charity very close to our hearts. They fund the neo natal clinic our son spent time in when he was born and they are absolutely amazing! Jack only spent four days there however some babies are born very premature and require months of care in the ward. The foundation needs funds to continue their amazing work caring for premature babies and their anxious parents, who are by their bedside.

I hope you find some spare cash to donate, no amount is too small.
