First of all, I can't believe that I've actually got a place in the London Marathon! It's my first time running it, and only the second time I've ever entered the ballot. 

Before embarking on my training last week, I'd only ever run 10k before.  I still haven't yet run further than 10k...

Im excited, scared and a little bit in awe of all the amazing people that have done this before me. And I hope that April 2014 I will have the privilege to say that I ran the marathon.
