The Cocos Foundation do such amazing, life changing work for families in Africa.

I am lucky enough to have the amazing opportunity to be going to South Africa in May 2015 with a lovely team of people to build a house for the unbelievably strong families out there.

Reading about the charity and the work they've done throughout the years makes me realise how by helping to build these houses literally changes their lives and fills them with happiness. The work that's carried out makes their lives safer and provides a roof over their heads.

I am taking part in a TANDEM SKYDIVE from a terrifying 15,000ft in September 2014!
