My grandmother has bravely been fighting cancer for several years and although she is still fighting, she remains strong and has been my inspiration to fight for what I believe in and to remain strong when faced with difficulties in life. In the past year a close friend had also been diagnosed with cancer and Macmillan have been a great support for them and their entire family. By participating in the Macmillan Father's Day 10K run, alongside their family and friends as part of team "WAYRUN" I wish to contribute to the great work Macmillan provide in order to support those like my dear friend and their families.
