Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I decided to do the ASICS London 10k run again in 2012. I want to beat my time of 1hr 11mins from 2011.
It was a toss up between two charities. A mental health one or Southend Hospital.
I decided to run for Southend Hospital.
In August 2011 I took an overdose and ended up seriously ill in Southend hospital.
I ended up in intensive care and they looked after me very well. I had two seizures, acute alcoholic pancretitis, dehydration and hypothermia.
I am now safe and well with no ill effects from the incident.
So with a new outlook on life and a fund raising determination I decided to say thanks to the hospital that saved my life.
Please give anything you can.
Thanks

So please dig deep and donate now.
