Story

Most probably everyone has been effected one way or other from someone close dying through illness such as cancer. I know our family certainly has.

Due to the ongoing coronavirus situation, the official Walk The Wight has been cancelled but we can still raise money in this way!

We are completing 'Walk the Wight Our Way' to help make sure that, even during this challenging time, the most vulnerable in our community are cared for when they need it the most. Its only with our help that Mountbatten can continue to be there for Island people in the last years of life, when the time comes to die and to help those left behind come to terms with their loss. Without our support, Mountbatten cannot afford to deliver the services they do, as well as meet the needs of the increasing number of people who need care and support.

Please help me by making a donation of whatever you can afford. Every penny will make a difference. Mountbatten, and Island people facing death, dying and bereavement, are counting on us!
