I am running the Great North Run this year .... yes I said that out loud .... yes I realise its 13 miles and yes it will be my first ever half marathon!! eeeek!

I have watched this iconic half marathon many times on TV and admired all of the fab people taking part and now after many years of watching and wondering, I am going to do it myself!!

I'm hoping to raise lots of money for Breast Cancer Care, as you probably already know this is a cause very close to my heart having had breast cancer almost 20 years ago. This charity offers support to women and men going through the dark times that I know only too well  and helps them to build themselves back up again.

Please dig deep lovelies as all of your donations count and will help me towards my goal.
