Thanks for visiting my just giving page!
Meet Archie! He's a very happy little chap and as you can see he was born with a cleft lip and palate. My friend Leah has kept me up to date with his progress from even before he was born. I decided this year that I'm not going to send out cards or gifs, instead I have donated to CLAPA and hope that you would do the same, no matter how small the amount. CLAPA are a cleft lip and palate charity that operate in this country and give advice and help to families who have children with cleft lip and palate. I chose this charity because of the great work they did with Leah and Archie. They were able to offer useful information and advice but also lend a practical hand, they lent Leah a specialist breast pump so that Archie could still have breast milk. The charity is also close to my heart because of my job, I see how cleft lip and palate can affect the oral cavity even into adulthood. I've started the ball rolling, I'd love it if we could make£100!
Thanks guys and Merry Christmas!!! X
p.s. you can even donate by text!
