The NKF is a National charity that provides support and information to patients, families and healthcare professionals affected by kidney disease. Our aim is to improve the quality of life and support kidney patients and their families as well as lobby for renal improvements.

Story

Hello Facebook friends, in June myself and my sister Toni are doing a 13 mile trek across the Brecon beacons to raise money for nfk. As some of you are probably aware our mom Roslyn Worker was diagnosed with kidney failure about 13 years ago, a frightening time for all of us! Thankfully after a couple of years on dialisys she received a transplant and a new lease of life! Now its our turn to give a bit back and would really appreciate your support. Thanks x

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am doing the 13 mile trek to raise money for a cause very close to my heart. 13 years ago my mom was diagnosed with kidney failure. 11 years ago she was lucky enough to receive a transplant that changed her life dramatically. So now with your help I would like to give a little something back to a great charity.

Thanks x
