Once again sexism rears it’s ugly head in sport.  The Norwegian Women’s Beach Handball Team is being threatened with a fine for not showing enough flesh. 

My first thought was if I were I the team I’d buy a giant merkin to wear with my uniform. So I thought let’s raise money for them to each have one. Since I have no idea how much it costs to but a merkin, help me to raise money for women escaping violence instead. 

One woman in four will experience domestic violence at some point in her lifetime and two women are killed each week in England and Wales by a current or former partner.
