Thank you all for taking the time to visit Eric's JustGiving page.

We hope this can be a place for family, friends and colleagues past and present to join together to ensure that although Eric is no longer with us in body, his spirit lives on to help others.

We met a trainer from Medical Detection Dogs (www.medicaldetectiondogs.org.uk) a few months ago who explained that there is a three year waiting list for someone with a life threatening medical condition to be allocated a dog.

We are supporting this charity to reflect Eric's love of dogs (attached a picture of Zach) and in the hope that one day a life might be saved in this, his cause.  Our target is  £11,200 as this represents the total cost of training a medical alert assistance dog and we would love to be able to have a dog named in his memory.

Eric - We miss you and believe you would want us to do something that may, one day, help save others.
