I've decided to take on the challenge of the Yorkshire 3 Peaks with a bunch of my colleagues from IT Lab... do you know what that means?! 24.2 miles of hiking across 3 mountains with a total ascent of 5,190 feet to be completed in under 12 hours!!

Those of you who know me will understand that my competitive nature meant I couldn't turn down this opportunity to push myself to complete this hike and to try to raise more than my colleagues for an amazing charity, Maggies.

Unfortunately cancer has touched all of our lives but what I have learnt during my family's current battle with it is that with love and support people can accomplish amazing things.
Maggies can provide that to people fighting cancer at a point when they are confronted with life changing news and don't know where to turn. They do so through their amazing staff and welcoming centers.
