My 7 year old daughter Kate recently decided that she wants to cut off her waist length hair.  She has never had a big cut before, just trims, and fancies a change.  She has beautiful, thick wavy hair and I felt quite sad about this, so looked into donating it to a child who has none.  Kate loved the idea, and immediately decided to donate hers.  I think she is being very generous and brave, so wanted to support her by doing the same.  I have had very long hair most of my life, and people are quite shocked that I am cutting it off.  All for a good cause!  Hopefully with online and offline fundraising, we will make a good amount of money for the Little Princess Trust too.
