2 of my dearest friends Felicity and Dean Moy have a wonderful daughter called Ruby who has been diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome. They work tirelessly to ensure that Ruby has as ” normal” as life as possible. Ruby recently hit a huge milestone in that she recently made her first steps. Donations to the charity which is run by volunteers can assist and support families like the Moy’s affected by this condition.

Unfortunately I was unable to complete my 100 mile Ultra Marathon across the Pennine Way on the 22nd/23rd of June 2019. As I bailed out at 50 miles I have decided to Run in the Glenmore24  Ultra Marathon in September. As many 4 mile laps as possible in 24 hours.
