On Saturday 26th September I wil be walking barefoot across a bed of red hot coals on Broughty Ferry Breach in aid of Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland. All money raised from this fundraising event will go to Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland's services - improving the quality of life for people in Scotland affected by Chest, Heart & Stroke illness. They do this through medical research, advice and information, and support in the community.
