Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In 2016 I have set myself a personal goal of of running a Ultra Marathon distance of 100km (62.1371 miles) while also raising money for Southampton general hospitals PICU. They cared for my daughter Lyla, who sadly passed away in 2008 after a tragic accident. I can never thank the nurses and Dr's enough for looking after my baby girl during her last hours and they have left a lasting impression on Casey and I. They are truly amazing and the work they do, not just with their little patients, but with the parents and family is remarkable and humbling. I hope to raise some money for them. Running 100km (From Eastbourne to Arundel) is a breeze compared to the work they do!

My little's girl tribute page is here:

Lyla's accident also paved the way for positive changes, that hopefully saved more lives:

**Southcoast Challenge*

I'm taking part in the Southcoast Challenge in August 27th, from Eastbourne to Arundel. A grueling 100km which takes me across the South Downs (awesome). I hope to run it in under 15 hours. My training started 3 weeks ago (Training plan to follow). This is my first Ultra........
