The Family team and CL Medilaw have joined forces to complete a gigantic Duathlon in aid of Brainwave.

As a team of 5 we will be running/cycling a total of 340km over 2 days! This is how we will do it:

Katie will be walking 10km, cycling 50km and walking 10km!

Matt will be running 10km, cycling 30km and running 10km!

Ashley will be running 10km, cycling 50km and running 10km!

Natalie will be running 15km, cycling 40km and running 20km!

Abi will be running 20km, cycling 40km and running 15km!
