Health and wellbeing of people is important at all times. While death is inevitable, it is important to help and support people with terminal illness with compassion and to support relatives. 

Two realities of a being is that we are born and we will die. The work of hospice is  needed  during our journey to death especially if suffering from a terminal illness. 

I have a friend in another Care Home. The support they give her and us is next to none. Dorothy House is my local Hospice.  I have known Dorothy House for a number of years and am very impressed with their work.
