The Brompton Fountain is a charity solely dedicated to supporting Children’s Services at Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust. Children seen here have serious, life threatening, heart and lung conditions.

The charity helps young patients, their parents, carers and siblings both practically and emotionally whilst on the hospital wards and at home before, during and after treatment. The Brompton Fountain also are running the SOS campaign fighting to keep children's services at the Royal Brompton hospital. A review of children's heart services in England has recommended that the Royal Brompton's heart surgery for children should stop. If heart surgery stops at Royal Brompton, all other services will follow - it simply won't be viable to carry on doing them. There will be further knock-on impacts which will affect all the hospital's patients like Poppy & Theo!
