The Prophet (peace and blessings upon him) said, “Charity extinguishes sin, just as water extinguishes fire.”
As the syrian refugee crisis rages on, approximately 4 million syrian refugees continue to be displaced. News of refugees arriving into Europe is hitting our media but the unreported story is that the vast majority of Syrian refugees remain in neighbouring countries - a team of Abdullah Aid volunteers recently visited the Jordanian refugee camps and witnessed first hand, the dire conditions our brothers and sisters are living in. Their experiences tell us that the need of our generosity is essential.
Therefore inshallah we will be joining the Abdullah aid team with the aim to be on the grounds of Jordan before/during or soon after the holy month of Ramadhan to provide aid to the the refugees.
