The challenge is to climb to the top of all 15 peaks over 3000ft in Wales within 24 hours, without any form of transport. In total we will be walking and climbing around 30 miles and ascending over 14,000ft across the demanding and exposed terrain of the three Welsh Mountain Groups - Snowden, the Glyders and the Carneddau.

Motor Neurone disease is a fatal, rapidly progressing disease attacking the nerves that control all motor functions. It kills a third of sufferers within a year and affects up to 5000 adults in the UK at any one time.

The MND Association is the only national charity in the UK dedicated to improving the care and support for people affected by MND.
