Let’s make a difference with every km ran in the Edinburgh Marathon 2022!💥

I will be running the Edinburgh Marathon on behalf of SAMH and I’m absolutely buzzing for it.

Who is SAMH? The charity was founded around 1923, SAMH is Scotland's national mental health charity and they’ve worked with over 60 communities helping thousands.

SAMH helps adults and young people providing mental health social care support, services in primary care, schools and further education, among others.

I’ve been following a 16 week training plan which consists of a variety of aerobic and anaerobic sessions. Recovery has also been great so far.

As a personal trainer who is very passionate about the support of individuals mental health and social well-being, I thought it would be amazing to fundraise and help as much as I can towards this great cause.
