Finley is 7 years old and has decided to take part in the Mini great north run. We have decided to raise money for the Police Treatment Centres as a way of saying thank you for all of their hard work and support they give to injured police officers and retired officers from all police forces in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

I am Finleys Mam and I am a serving police officer with Durham Constabulary. I visited the treatment centre last year after being diagnosed with PTSD. The centre I visited was amazing. The staff are  extremely hardworking and non judgmental. They provide support with physiotherapy, counselling and have a fantastic wellbeing programme. They provide officers with much needed time away to assist in their recovery. All I can say is thank you.
