It’s been a vocal challenge - songs that I would never have thought of singing live let alone recording 😁.... it’s a genuine sound though no fuss ....just total genius thanks to the generous time given by the wonderfully talented Carl Simmonds of Pinewood Audio-“Mr Caro”😜
They are the songs mum loved and she would sing along to  them while she washed up after cooking a delish Sunday roast !!! My happy memories of a 1970’s childhood,  almost idyllic until devoured by this awful disease - she was still only in her 40s ... life was never to be the same again 😞
You may have your own experiences of this disease which strips our loved ones of identity, dignity and life, leaving us a shell to grieve while sat with them in the same room 😐 💔

However as a positive to mum’s  memory I have recorded and called this Album:

“ Mum’s Washing Up Songs”

As they are just that!!! 🎶🎵

Appealing to so many especially her generation.

Music brings the soul to life even when the mind is struggling.

Amazingly I have seen this life return briefly to the eyes of many Alzheimer’s sufferers when songs begin and somehow many try and do sing along not having uttered a cohesive word in months .... And that’s what I’m hoping music will continue to do ....
