As many of you will know, we lost my wonderful dad in January last year.  Nothing prepares you for the shock and grief that follows and the absolute devastation a sudden death causes to a family.  Nothing is ever the same again.

Its been such a long and difficult year for us as a family, but we have decided to make 2020 a better year.  With this in mind, we are going to be fund raising throughout the year for various heart charities.

To start with, myself and Diane are going to be taking part in an Abseil from THE FORTH ROAD BRIDGE !!!!  I know we must be absolutely mad - and we are terrified but we will do this for my dad and for an amazing charity.

It would be fantastic if all of our friends and family could sponsor us and we can hopefully smash our target!
