Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page in memory of Veronica Murton. The family ask that donations are made to St Vincent de Paul in lieu of funeral flowers.

Veronica worked for St Vincent de Paul (amongst other charities) for a number of years and strongly believed in their work.

The ethos of SVP is that it tries to assist all those in need on a person to person basis, regardless of their faith, colour, race or status. The Society respects religious liberty and values all people.

The SVP is non-discriminatory, helping those in need regardless of their faith, colour, race, status or sexual orientation. It is non-judgemental and does not make value judgements about those asking for assistance. In short, the Society will aim to help anyone in need if it is within the local membership’s capability.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate in Veronica's memory now.
