My brother Jonty and myself will be swimming the Serpentine Swim this September.

Jonty will be swimming the half mile and I will be swimming the one mile.

We are swimming in aid of Heads On, a charity which helps people with mental health problems to feel supported, to stay active and to be more involved in their communities.

Every penny that is fundraised will be used to provide funding for special projects, patient and family support, pioneering research and the transformation of local mental health hospitals into more comfortable and welcoming environments.
