Story

Two weeks ago Archie Dodge died of cancer aged 19.

Archie was one of my daughter Mia’s closest and best loved friends and
his death has left a big hole in the hearts of many, most notably his friends and his amazing family.

On Sunday I completed the London Triathlon and I did so partly because of
Archie. I had not intended to take up my place in the event because
of a shoulder injury but thinking of Archie made me not be a wimp
and just do it.

In recognition of this and for Archie, I’d like to ask you to make a
donation to the cancer charity Macmillan. They supported Archie as he
bravely fought his disease as they do many others like him. They need
your help to continue to do so.

Thank you.

Rest in peace Archie.  Your bravery was inspiring.
