In January this year our dear friend and Godmother to our three children lost her brave fight against cancer. Sarah had a passion for life that was infectious. In honour of this her husband Mark has setup a charity, Sarah's Spirit, to help disadvantaged children worldwide.

To support Sarah's Spirit the Forbes family are undertaking a number of sporting challenges during the weekend of the 30th & 31st August.

Two of our fitter (and crazier) friends are trying to complete two quadrathlons on consecutive days. To support them Jim will be completing both cycle legs (approximately 220 km) and some swimming. Lara will be attempting a 2km swim, Edan (8) a 1km swim, Georgie (5) a 250m swim and Iona (3) a 20m swim.
