The Foundation for the Prevention of Blindness, is one of the Royal Liverpool & Broagreen University Hospital's charities, that supports eye research conducted between St Paul's Eye Unit and the University of Liverpool's Department of Eye and Vision Science.

Through the generousity of its supporters The Foundation brings together a team of specialist eye doctors and research scientists to pioneer new eye treatments. The new treatments not only benefit people in the UK but many millions more all around the world.
