Freddie has agreed to run the Bournemouth Marathon Supernova 5k with me, fundraising for Rethink Mental Illness, we have decided on this charity because it is very close to home, we have experienced depression and anxiety in our family alone and understand how soul destroying it is. Mental health is a very real issue and is often overlooked, it effects millions but isn't always noticeable and often goes undiagnosed.  

We hope to raise awareness and a bit of cash for such a good cause.
