Mother Mary has always taught me the importance of getting to know your own body, and especially your own boobs after she had breast cancer herself at the early age of 36. Finding cancer early and seeing a doctor early dramatically increases the chances of a full recovery and mum is living proof. So get to know and love what you have be it melons, fried eggs, jugs, love apples, knockers or itty-bitty-titties!!
To help spread the Copp-a-feel mission Emma and I are are going to burn our thighs cycling 100 hilly miles around Cornwall so please please please help too by donating money to this great cause!!
We also promise some awesome fancy dress outfits :)

CoppaFeel! are the first UK breast cancer charity to create awareness amongst young people, with the aim to install a new healthy habit that could one day save a life. They are on a mission to stamp out late detection of breast cancer and ensure the nation is checking their boobs regularly. They want to educate people on the signs and symptoms of breast cancer, encourage them to get to know what is normal for them and empower young people to have the confidence to see a doctor if they notice anything that isn't right for them.
