Story

Hi and many thanks for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

After our dear friend and colleague Ian Saward's (Big Eee) very sad and untimely passing due to a heart related problem, a few of us got together and discussed how best to commemorate his life. Ian was a very keen cyclist and a decision was made to take part (and hopefully finish!) in the BHF London to Brighton bike ride with all proceeds going to the British Heart Foundation. This has now snowballed and we now have a magnificent 21 riders entering the ride who have also applied to start at a totally doolally time of 6:00am (this is obviously worthy of a higher donation!!!). The names of these kindly fools (in no particular order!) are:-

Dave Best, Phil Corby, Dave Jones, Andy Strong, Chris Ledson, Keith Punnett, Martin Rose, Andy Skinner, Nikki White, Alan Rowe, Alex Pittaway, Gary Colegate, Tim Strong, Scott Heath, Dave Rogers, Mike Goldsmith, Dave Strong, Steve Clemson, Richard Morton, Louise Strong and George Strong

Because you have entered the site we assume you have been contacted by one of the above riders and have kindly decided to generously donate some of your hard earned cash to the very worthy British Heart Foundation, for this we all cannot thankyou enough.

Many thanks again.
