We are fighting to make a world where diabetes does no harm

Story

The AFC and QA team will be walking 10 miles, spending hours together discussing auditing(!), as we walk across some of London’s iconic bridges – from Chelsea Football Club, Stamford Bridge, to crossing the 13th and final bridge, Tower Bridge -  in support of Diabetes UK.

Diabetes is the and fastest growing health crisis of our time, requiring on-going high-quality care and support.

According to recent data, the number of diabetes-related amputations has reached a record high, with more than 20 operations carried out daily in the UK.

Support is needed to fund critical research, improve healthcare and treatment, and prevent yet more people developing this potentially life-threatening condition. We thank you for any support you can give to us.

(ps. we will wear more appropriate shoes on the day, don't worry!)
