Hello Everyone

As you will all know if you've been in my company I managed to cycle from John O Groats to Lands End. It took me 9 days to cover 918 miles and even though I'm not walking like John Wayne I do have a few bumps, scratches and wind burns to show for my efforts, plus I don't have much feeling in my left hand.
