At almost 45 years old, I am planning to run my first half marathon, and just 18 months after my anterior cruciate ligament was reconstructed. This will be my first organised run since I was a child.

Life for children on the pathway to diagnosis, and their parents is particularly difficult at this time. Many are having to wait more than 2.5 years for a diagnosis due to the pressure on the NHS at present.
