Dwi'n actor sydd wedi ymddangos mewn ffilmiau a rhaglenni teledu fel Theory of Everything, Poldark, Doctor Who, Thor, Holby City ac Hinterland/Y Gwyll. Dwi'n falch iawn o gael y cyfle i gynrychioli GISDA wrth redeg Marathon Llundain ac Hanner Marathon Hackney!
Mae GISDA yn gwneud gwaith arbennig i helpu pobl ifanc bregus a digartref rhwng 14-25 mlwydd oed yng Ngogledd Cymru. Daw rhan fwyaf o fy nheulu o'r Gogledd, a llawer ohonyn nhw o Flaenau Ffestiniog, lle mae gan GISDA ddau hostel - Llys Meddyg a Fron Fawr. Un o'r grantiau mae GISDA yn ei gynnig i'r bobl ifanc yw grant o'r enw Cymorth Llaw. Mae'r grant yma'n helpu pobl ifanc sydd mewn argyfwng ac yn eu cynorthwyo i fod yn fwy annibynnol. Rydym yn anelu i gasglu £1500. Bydd y swm yma yn sicrhau y gall GISDA gynnal y grant am flwyddyn gyfan, felly byddwn yn gwerthfawrogi unrhyw gyfraniad. Diolch!

Hello! My name is Gruffudd Glyn. I'm 32 years old, originally from Cardiff but now living in London. I am an actor that has appeared in numerous films and on TV including The Theory Of Everything, Poldark, Doctor Who, Thor, Holby City and Hinterland. I am extremely proud to have the opportunity to represent GISDA at the London Marathon!
GISDA does amazing work to help fragile and homeless young people between the ages of 14-25 in North Wales and to improve their quality of life. Most of my family comes from North Wales, with the majority from Blaenau Ffestiniog , where GISDA have two hostels - Llys Meddyg and Fron Fawr. One of the grants GISDA offers young people is Cymorth Llaw (Helping Hand). This grant offers emergency financial help to young people and helps them become more independent. We are aiming to collect £1500 which would allow GISDA to maintain the grant for an entire year, so any donation towards this would be gratefully received!
Thank you!
