Story
In March 2017, Greater Manchester Youth Network (GMYN) is reaching a milestone, we are going to be 10 years old!
GMYN works with over 700 young people across Greater Manchester. With our programs, young people are able to broaden their horizons, gain confidence, become active members of their community and gain a real sense of achievement. Our beneficiaries are some of the most disadvantaged young people in the country including disabled young people, those not in education, employment or training, asylum seekers and looked after children. GMYN needs to fund-raise, to help continue providing this vital support
One of the ways we are celebrating our 10 year anniversary is by taking part in a challenge, to complete ten 10k runs over the next year, one in each borough of Greater Manchester to help raise as much money as possible for the charity. Our CEO Alex, and our Chair, Alison, are championing these runs, with a young ambassador
The runs will be completed by the Chair and CEO of GMYN as well as a young ambassador.
