Independent Age helps older people across the UK to live well with dignity choice and control.

Traditionally Independent Age have not had a strong presence in the Mid/South Wales area and we want to change that.

We are very aware of the need for Independent Age's services in the area as we have one person here who is actively involved with the charity. Your donation will help to increase the number of volunteers in the area and ensure that the charity's befriending service is available to as many elderly people as possible.

Isolation and loneliness is a growing feeling among older people and with your donation we can help to expand the befriending service Independent Age offers in this area. We want to make sure that all the older people who would like a volunteer to visit them can have one!
