Hello everyone, thank you for taking the time to visit my page

On the 2nd of July, I am taking part in a charity bike ride from London to Paris. This is 201 miles over 3 days with over 50 miles a day this is no mean fete.

I'm doing this in aid of Practical Action! This is a charity that aims to beat poverty by working together with communities  to create long term practical answers.
